Dlap is a creative GIF studio application crafted exclusively for everyday storytellers, designed to transform ordinary moments into engaging, high-quality animated GIFs with minimal effort. This User Agreement outlines the terms of use for the Dlap application (the "App"), which is provided to you free of charge, without the requirement for account registration or login. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with the terms set forth in this agreement.
2.1 You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use Dlap for personal, non-commercial purposes. This includes creating GIFs from your personal photos, applying filters, adding doodles, and exporting the final animations to your device's album.
2.2 You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of Dlap. Any attempt to alter the App's functionality, including the coin unlock system for premium filters or features, is strictly prohibited.
2.3 You agree not to use Dlap to create or share content that violates applicable laws, infringes on intellectual property rights, or contains harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material. Dlap reserves the right to restrict access to certain features if misuse is detected.
3.1 Photo Selection and GIF Creation: Dlap allows you to select images from your device's album to create smooth animations. The App processes these images locally on your device to ensure fast and secure creation of GIFs.
3.2 Preview and Customization: The main interface enables real-time preview of animation effects, while curated filters (unlocked via the in-app coin system) let you adjust rhythm, style, and visual appeal of your GIFs.
3.3 Canvas and Doodle Features: The built-in canvas tool allows you to sketch, draw, or add fun doodles to your GIFs before final export, giving you full creative control over your content.
3.4 My GIFs Gallery: The dedicated gallery within Dlap lets you preview all created GIFs, organize them, and download them to your device's album for easy sharing on social media or messaging platforms.
4.1 Dlap features an intuitive coin unlock system for accessing premium filters and customization options. Coins can be earned through regular app usage, completing simple in-app tasks, or watching optional promotional content.
4.2 Coins are for in-app use only and cannot be exchanged for real currency, transferred to other users, or redeemed for physical goods or services. The coin balance is tied to your device and not to a user account (as no registration is required).
5.1 You retain full ownership of all photos, GIFs, and creative content you create using Dlap. Dlap does not claim any ownership rights to your original content, and all content remains stored locally on your device unless you choose to share it externally.
5.2 Dlap may collect anonymous usage data to improve app performance and user experience (as outlined in the Privacy Policy), but will never access or store your personal content without your explicit permission.
6.1 Dlap may receive periodic updates to improve functionality, add new features, fix bugs, or enhance security. These updates are optional but recommended to ensure optimal performance of the App.
6.2 The Dlap team reserves the right to modify or discontinue any feature of the App at any time, with or without notice, to adapt to user needs and technological advancements.
7.1 You are responsible for ensuring that the photos and content you use in Dlap do not violate the rights of third parties (including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights). Dlap is not liable for any claims arising from your use of third-party content.
7.2 You agree to use Dlap in accordance with the laws and regulations of your country or region, and to respect the rights and privacy of others when sharing GIFs created with the App.
